You organize and control air Freight import shipments according to our quality requirements in compliance with economic and customer-oriented aspects.

You cooperate with import customs, process the forwarding book and are responsible for the documentation and billing of shipments.

You dispose of the delivery of goods, conduct self-sufficient consultations with fleet operators and are responsible for the management of complaints.

You serve and advise your customer group along the transport chain, create Ad-Hoc offers and correspond internationally with our DACHSER subsidiaries as well as our partners.

You have successfully completed a training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a commercial vocational training and also have well-founded forwarding experience.

You have proven customs skills.

You master the English language in word and writing.

You like to work in the team, act responsibly and have an open and binding appearance.
