We are looking for a CNC machine operator (m/w/d) with a focus on the tool test for him as part of the employee transfer in 70839 Gerlingen at the next possible start date.

These are your tasks:

• Roughening, mounting and retracting of tools to modern CNC machines
• Customize, create and optimize CNC programs according to specifications
• Self-determining of the machines and performing test runs and tool tests
• Monitoring production processes to ensure consistently high quality
• Detection and elimination of process and quality deviations
• Careful documentation of test results, program changes and optimization measures

Take this with you:

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable technical training or qualification
• Experience in CNC programming and handling CNC-controlled manufacturing machines
• Ideally practical knowledge of TRUMPF machines, especially TruPunch (of advantage, but no need)
• Embossed quality awareness and a structured, careful and reliable way of working
• Secure handling of MS‐Office applications; Basic knowledge of SAP is advantageous
• Technical IT-Affinity and Openness for Digital Processes and Modern Manufacturing Technologies
