Implementation of risk assessments and threat analyses, development of risk mitigation measures and the establishment and management of the information security risk portfolio Creation, maintenance and further development of the Information Security Guideline and the establishment and operation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements Planning, implementation and verification of security measures according to BSI standards, implementation of audits, documentation of incidents and development of emergency management plans Creation of implementation plans for security measures, coordination with internal and external bodies and integration into the ISMS Compilation of reports on the management of security, risks and measures Coordination of security-relevant projects, advice on best practices and ensuring compliance with all safety requirements Investigation of security incidents, initiation of emergency measures, risk assessment and derivation of countermeasures, and initiation of awareness and training measures

At least a completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Security, IT or Media Management or a comparable subject or a comparable qualification or equivalent skills and experience Long-term professional experience (from three years) Detectable, well-founded practical experience in the design, implementation and care of information security management systems (ISMS), risk management or IT security processes Knowledge of the implementation of risk analyses, threat assessments and security audits and the development and implementation of security measures. Experience with relevant standards and frameworks (e.g. BSI standards 200-1 to 200-4, ISO 27001, IT basic protection). Strategic, analytical thinking in the technical field, in particular on IT infrastructures, networks, IT security architectures and compliance requirements. Ability to conceptual, independent work as well as to create security concepts, guidelines and reports for different target groups (specialized departments, management, authorities). A sense of responsibility and decision-making, in particular in the assessment of safety risks and the introduction of measures. High social competence, team capacity, resilience and communication strength to advise, train and support internal and external stakeholders.
