That makes this job interesting for me: In this role, as a link between purchasing and specialist departments, I make an active contribution to the implementation of our investment and maintenance projects as part of the energy transition. The close cooperation with various stakeholders and the need planning in the international context make my work particularly exciting. I gain deep insights into complex project processes and interfaces, which enables me to design procurement planning in a targeted and forward-looking manner. The combination of international teamwork, process understanding and the active participation of projects at Elia and 50Hertz motivates me every day. My tasks I tax the ordering and procurement planning for the entire project portfolio in the 50Hertz network area as well as in close coordination with the ELIA Group to ensure a timely implementation, I proactively communicate needs to the shopping areas and monitor the shopping activities to ensure material availability; I continuously optimize the purchasing processes and thus increase the efficiency and transparency in project processing, I advise the project areas commercially and work closely with project management and portfolio management as part of CAPEX planning, I support forecasting and resource planning taking into account market developments and internal capacities, I develop resource planning in purchasing and adapt it to new organizational structures and requirements, I create analyses, presentations and decision templates and present results and recommendations for action directly to senior management.

I have a successfully completed university degree, for example in business or industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification, I bring at least 2–3 years of professional experience in purchasing – ideally in the project-related group environment, I communicate safely in German and English (C1 level) – both oral and written, I think strategically, reflect my actions regularly and understand complex relationships quickly, I communicate clearly, empathically and vigorously – especially in stakeholder management and in cooperation with project teams. No need, but of advantage are experiences interest in (electronic) technical matters, Practical knowledge with BI tools (e.g. Power BI).
