The LWL-Klinik Hemer, Hans-Prinzhorn-Klinik, is a modern and innovative hospital for psychiatric care with approx. 400 beds and seats. For the central ergotherapy in our clinic in Hemer, we are looking for a:n ergotherapeut:in (m/w/d) with proactive tasks in team coordination.

Execution of ergotherapeutic diagnostics and planning and implementation of individual therapeutic objectives responsible ergotherapeutic treatment, care and promotion of psychiatric patients: inside the central ergotherapy Planning, implementation and evaluation of ergotherapeutic group offers, ideally with a focus on cognitive training additional tasks as part of team coordination: Coordination of organisational processes within the team of the Central Ergotherapy in close coordination with the department management Creation of the day-to-day operational planning and participation in holiday and training planning Organisation and moderation of regular team meetings Contact:in for organisational questions within the team and for internal interfaces Support for the management of the department for organisational and administrative tasks, in particular in the context of employee talks and the introduction of new employees
