Management of the SAP team: Management and coordination of the SAP team, consisting of internal consultants and developers. the efficient use of resources and promotion of team members. Strategic planning and implementation: Development and implementation of SAP strategies to support corporate goals. Monitoring and control of SAP projects, including budget and time management. Analysis and optimization of business processes: Conduct detailed analyses of existing business processes. Identification of optimization potentials and implementation of efficient solutions. Ensuring the adaptation and integration of SAP solutions in different countries and regions. Project management: Management of projects in the SAP field. Coordination and control of project teams as well as ensuring the timely and successful project execution. HANA conversion: Planning and implementation of the conversion to SAP HANA. Ensuring smooth migration and integration into existing systems.

Professional experience: At least 7 years of experience in the field of SAP, of which at least 3 years in a leadership position. Expertise: Good knowledge of the analysis and optimization of business processes, especially for production companies. Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English. Soft Skills: Embossed Analytical Skills, Communication Strength, Team Skills and Leadership Competence. Project Management: Extensive experience in managing projects and subprojects.
