Your future, your job: • Professional and disciplinary management of our injection moulding area with up to 20 employees • Design and procurement of peripherals and automation for elastomer and silicone technology • Responsibility for the time-, quality- and cost-oriented production of our products in the highest quality • further development of our production standards and promotion of innovation-friendly culture and continuous improvement • Interface work between different business areas • Direct report to production management

Strengths that characterize you: • Complete training in the industrial or technical field as a process engineer / technologist for plastics and rubber technology, machine and plant guide with corresponding professional experience, master, technicians and the like. • expert knowledge in injection moulding process for elastomer production • Calculatory knowledge of the influence of the number of cavities, cycle times and operating components on the production costs • Multiannual leadership experience • Embossed communication and cooperation capability, analytical thinking and enforcement • 3 layer readiness
