The Goethebrunnen is a hotel with history and a clear view. In Bad Berka, twenty minutes from Weimar, we carefully refurbished the neoclassical substance of the Goetheallee 2b and made a house out of it, where you like to arrive: 24 rooms with character, a French bistro with Thüringer products from producers we know – and a small team that understood that good service is not a question of size but of attitude. You love high-quality kitchen, clean work and an environment with a claim instead of chaos? Then you could fit us perfectly. For our stylish bistro at the Goethe Brunnen Hotel we are looking from 01. October 2026 a cook / cook that does not just “work” but wants to build quality, atmosphere and pleasure with us. We do not expect a loud system gastronomy everyday, but a modern bistro concept with focus on:
