In this key position, you assume the overall responsibility for the real estate management of our company. In addition to the strategic development of the real estate portfolio, you will lead a team and coordinate the property managers of our shipyards across the site. You take over the strategic control and continuous development of the entire real estate portfolio - both in their own and in leased properties. For the real estate management of our location in Lemwerder, bear the overall responsibility; This includes all operational processes around own and rented buildings. The disciplinary leadership of the team in technical building management is in your hands. You ensure that your team develops and performs its tasks efficiently. In the case of maintenance and modernization for our Lemwerder site, keep an overview, plan measures predictive and set priorities. Together with the location managers, you control infrastructure projects with a wide view - always within the framework of the budget. At several shipyard locations, you take over the professional leadership and coordination of the responsible persons for real estate in order to ensure a smooth operation across the site. You develop uniform standards, processes and guidelines for building and infrastructure management and successfully implement them across locations. The control and implementation of real estate and construction projects - such as new buildings, reconstructions or optimization of land use - are also part of your task. You are responsible for budget planning, cost control and investment planning in the real estate sector and keep a close eye on both economic and quality.

Completed degree in real estate management, civil engineering, facility management or comparable discipline Multiannual experience in real-state or facility management (at least 3 years) Detegratable leadership experience, motivation to lead small teams Expert knowledge in technical building management and construction projects Practice in budget planning, cost control and investment management routine in dealing with external service providers, contracts and rental matters Impressed communication and cooperation strength independent, structured and decision-making Knowledge of sustainability, energy efficiency and legal framework (required) Standing for national missions (approximately 50%)
