Development and implementation of Go-To-Market strategies for new product generations in close coordination with product management, sales, marketing, service and IT Project management of the workstream Go-To-Market with the focus project planning/control as PMO Interface coordination and stakeholder management across international market organisations and central units Designing the customer journey and deriving concrete measures to improve the customer experience Ensuring sustainable introduction success through continuous analysis of relevant usage indicators, deriving and implementing effective optimization measures Responsibility for identifying and evaluating requirements of central internal and external stakeholders Close cooperation with product management, marketing, sales and international companies

Successfully completed studies in the field of business, marketing, communication, innovation management or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in a comparable position with experience in project management/control ideally in the field of go-to-market, customer experience, marketing and sales strategies Safe handling of the analysis and broadening of data and KPIs and the use of corresponding reporting tools Flowing German and English skills Embossed conceptual and analytical skills as well as a structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach High level of communication and stakeholder management skills as well as presentation and training skills
