Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

Quality Processes & IMS: You actively maintain and develop the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure the certifications according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

System monitoring: You are involved in the implementation of quality systems in order to monitor, analyze and derive corrective measures all relevant specification criteria.

Complaint management: You take over the professional processing and analysis of customer complaints and define effective storage measures in coordination with the specialist departments.

Production Support & Audits: You advise production in all quality issues at eye level and accompany external re-certification audits on site.

Cross-location support: You act as professional contact persons and provide valuable quality support, which also includes other locations (such as Gronau and Uslar).

Qualification: A successfully completed engineering degree (Bachelor/Master), ideally complemented by first or several years of practical experience in industrial quality.

Expertise: Funded understanding of materials and modern measurement technologies as well as deep expertise in quality systems, standards and operational processes.

Methods & Standards: Secure knowledge of ISO certification processes; practical know-how in Six-Sigma methods is a strong plus.

Working methods: Embossed skills in project management, analytical thinking skills and the competence to carry out cost analyses.

Personality: Effective, interpersonal communication skills as well as fluent German and very good English knowledge in word and writing for the international environment.
