Adaptation and editing of international campaign, product and explanation videos as well as social reels for local markets and platform requirements Conception, production and post production of creative video and image content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), websites, shops and internal communication channels Graphic design: visual content design including thumbnails, social media graphics, animations and other elements that support and appeal to the video content Development of storyboards and independent implementation of video projects – from short social clips to multi-part video series Strategic planning and creative implementation of video formats for different target groups in the B2B and B2C sectors Cutting and processing of webinars, training videos and tutorials in close coordination with the respective departments Platform-oriented processing of videos, graphics and images for social media, (streaming)TV and performance campaigns Organisation and performance of video shoots – including interviews, talc head formats or event references, including technical setup (camera, light, sound) Search and selection of matching music, voiceover and image material taking into account licenses and brand guidelines Close cooperation with the marketing team and external service providers with space for creative impulses and ideas

Complete studies or training in the field of media design, video production, graphic design, communication or a comparable discipline First practical experience in the design, production or processing of video content, ideally in the marketing or agency environment or through internships, projects or own creative work Safe handling of popular video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, Final Cut Pro and Graphic Design Software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) Ideally experience dealing with tools for fast and targeted creation and editing of image and video content (e.g. Canva) Knowledge of popular social media platforms and their requirements for image and video formats Openness and strong interest in working with AI-based tools for video editing and content production. Preferably first practical experiences with corresponding tools (e.g. Synthesia, Veed) Embossed feel for brands, storytelling, image composition and timing as well as a good understanding of visual communication Experience in handling camera, light and sound equipment or high technical affinity Structured and independent operation High level of creativity, initiative and team orientation in cooperation with internal and external interfaces
