Together with our external service staff and key account managers, you will support strategic divisional focuses such as Autoglass and vehicle preparation and support through training and targeted journeys. They develop corresponding trainings and perform them both in presence and digitally. They actively participate in events such as trade fairs, customer events and internal training. You are the competent, professional contact person and adviser of our product development. You rate customer or product complaints.

They have completed technical vocational training, preferably in the KFZ area. They already have experiences in the field of external services and sound technical understanding as well as a pronounced affinity for products. You are customer-oriented and your independentness and high self-organization characterizes you. They bring a high readiness to travel. Your presentation security completes your profile. You can also demonstrate safe handling of standard software (MS Office Package) and digital media.
