Defining and ensuring the correct implementation of project management processes, including in the international environment Preparation and implementation of training on site, for example with regard to risk management Monitoring the current project status and communication with stakeholders Preparation, coordination and follow-up of internal meetings and workshops, especially in European countries Improving existing processes, creating new standards and contributing to best practices Considering local requirements and ensuring alignment with GPMO standards

Successfully completed studies in the field of business management, economic engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in project management, process management or organisational development Industry knowledge in the defence, aerospace and automotive sector desirable Very good MS Office knowledge and intercultural awareness German and English knowledge in word and writing Very high readiness for business trips
