Construction Manager Civil Engineering - Major Project Siemensbahn Berlin (m/f/d)

Independently responsible handling of the demanding large project Siemensbahn in Berlin Coordination, control and implementation of all necessary activities including construction and planning meetings Organisation and monitoring of construction sites Ensuring a timely, quality and budget-oriented execution of construction services Accounting and cost control and ensuring compliance with budget requirements Implementation of quality requirements and compliance with occupational safety and environmental standards Management of the construction site staff and the subcontractors Representation of the company to clients, authorities and subcontractors

Completed studies in the field of civil engineering or further training as a civil engineer*in or a comparable qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable activity in engineering, infrastructure or bridge construction Basic knowledge of building contract law (BGB and VOB/B) Secure user knowledge in MS Project, RIB iTWO, Arriba or comparable software Experience in the control and coordination of planning participants such as architects, statistics and specialist planners Teamability, Enforcement and High Responsibility Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Willingness for future project assignments outside the Berlin site
