Your tasks You act as a central coordinating body in the sense of a team-product owner in the agile team between domain management, further implementation teams, customers and stakeholders You promote open and clear communication within the team and all stakeholders to manage change requirements and optimize the flow of information You are responsible for the ongoing prioritization and maintenance of the request backlog and ensure that the topics, their priority and implementation status are always clear and comprehensible for all participants. Moderation of stakeholder and team meetings You create a working environment that promotes team spirit and value-adding interaction to strengthen cooperation and ensure a high level of motivation

Successfully completed studies and/or completed training with an affinity to the banking or financial services sector Professional practice in an agile environment is advantageous You bring a distinct ability to understand and coordinate different interests and requirements of stakeholders Representative moderation, communication and conflict resolution competencies Collaborative team player with strong service and customer loyalty You bring experience in the prioritization of specialist/IT requirements and support the team and stakeholders in the development of valid utility calculations You have a solid understanding of both the technical and technical aspects of software projects You manage JIRA to manage projects, initiatives, themes, epics, stories and tasks Good knowledge of German and English Does this sound like an exciting challenge for you?
