You work Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 15:45 pm with around 120 employees and colleagues in the workshop for people with impairment in the Wilhelmstraße plant. In the social service, you accompany our employees in the workshops for people with disabilities in their professional and personal development and support them in everyday work. You support group management in developing tailor-made funding plans and adapt pedagogical concepts to achieve the common goals. You maintain contact with cost-beneficiaries, relatives and legal advisors.

You have a completed study of social work or social education. You bring interest or experience in working life and work with people with assistance needs, ideally in the context of WfbM or integration aid. You work empathically, structured and highly communications in multi-professional teams. You are safe in handling MS Office; a driving licence of class B is advantageous. You carry our Christian human image as well as our mission and make it visible in your everyday work.
