We offer a job that makes you happy: you implement a holistic outsourcing and third party risk management that optimally connects processes, controls and efficiency in the value chain of our savings bank. You coordinate and check risk analyses, identify potential risks early and initiate targeted countermeasures. You will regularly create meaningful reports for the Executive Board and the Board of Directors and inform about developments and risks of our most important outsourcing partners. You accompany outsourcing projects, develop and monitor the framework conditions for external service providers in the regulatory context – with unrestricted access to all relevant information and as a central contact for the entire HGP savings bank. What we want from you: a completed economic study or a comparable bank-specific qualification (e.g. savings banks/bank-operated business owner:in). You have a strong knowledge of the banking business and ideally experience dealing with regulatory requirements, internal control systems (IKS) or service provider control. You like to work in a structured, independent and result-oriented manner. You think and trade entrepreneurial and bring good analytical and conceptual skills.
