Teamleiter Hosted Services (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for your team and ensure the stable, secure and sustainable operation of our self-driven IT services, with clear expectations, established standards and a professional environment, in which ownership, quality and reliability are self-evident. You actively shape the further development of our services, set technological guidelines and advance modern approaches such as observability, log analysis, automation and platform concepts to measurably increase innovation, quality and scalability. You develop a team of technical experts into a real service organization with clearly defined SLAs, KPIs and feedback loops and provide a noticeably customer-centric service experience for internal and external stakeholders. You live Operational Excellence, optimize continuous processes, drive automation, reduce complexity and ensure that our services are operated stable, transparent, safe (including KRITIS requirements) and sustainably. You control capacity and quarterly planning, set focused priorities, translate business requirements into scalable IT services and manage a clear development and service roadmap that intelligently balances business value, resources and quality standards.

Multiannual, proven leadership experience in IT, ideally in building, operating and developing IT services in complex, regulated environments, including clear decision-making, structuring leadership and secure stakeholder management. A successfully completed study of (economic) informatics, a comparable STEM discipline or an equivalent academic qualification; Additional certifications (e.g. ITIL, agile frameworks) are a plus. Deep technical understanding in areas such as connected infrastructures, monitoring/observability, containerization (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes), automation (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD) as well as ideally experience in KRITIS environments and safe operation of business-critical platforms. You can move in German at a negotiated level and have good English skills in word and writing. You work structured, transparent and solution-oriented, think in end-to-end services, bring high service and quality orientation, are familiar with agile working methods and convince by Ownership mentality, reliability, communication strength and the need to continuously develop your team professionally and culturally.

Mobile Work: Work flexibly on two days a week and on 3 days on site.
