Implementation of quality controls and laboratory analyses in the production process Testing of raw materials, intermediate and finished products according to predefined standards Conducting chemical, physical and sensory studies Documentation and evaluation of measurement results Monitoring compliance with quality and hygiene standards Support in error analysis and process optimization Cooperation with production and quality assurance

Completed training in the laboratory, e.g. as a laboratory, chemical laboratory, specialist for food technology (m/w/d) or comparable qualification First professional experience in the laboratory or quality area desirable Technical understanding and safe handling of test and measurement equipment Ready to work in the 3-layer system (break, late and night shift) Good German knowledge of Word & Writing
