You work on the client side for Allianz Partners and run renovation, renovation and modernization projects in the real estate industry in the Koblenz area. If you are happy to accompany projects from the first idea to tenders, construction site coordination, handover to warranty, and you are used to safely and fairly control contractors within the German regulatory framework (VOB/HOAI/DIN), this role could fit you perfectly. You should enjoy being regularly at the construction site, making decisions and keeping many stakeholders on track - and with the support of a stable, trusted brand and a solid team on your back.

Project management from the beginning to the end: You take over construction and refurbishment projects from the concept and planning phase to the execution and handover to warranty. Keep in mind costs, schedules and quality Calls and awards: You plan and conduct tender processes, evaluate offers, recommend and award orders. Manage change orders and supplements transparently and in compliance with VOB/B Construction site coordination: You tax subcontractors and all works on site and ensure that work safety, environmental protection and technical standards (VOB, HOAI, DIN) are complied with. The refurbishment includes the asset classes housing, office and trade for our customers. Date and cost control: You use structured reports, forecasts and early warning indicators to monitor timetables and budgets, to escalate problems early and quickly solve them Stakeholder Management: You communicate with owners, users, planners, authorities and internal functions to make and document decisions pragmatically and in time Construction site inspections and decreases: You carry out construction site visits, partial and final withdrawals and manage defects as well as warranty cases up to final clarification

Technical background: technical training in civil engineering (graduate studies in architecture, civil engineering, technicians or craftsmen) or comparable qualifications, so that you can challenge planners and contractors at eye level and make sound technical decisions. Project experience: welcome to professional starters, 3+ years of experience preferred, in the direction of renovation, remodeling and/or modernization projects, ideally also in inhabited buildings. You know the complexity of work in existing structures and ongoing operation Regulatory know-how: safe and practical handling of VOB (ideally also HOAI/DIN) in contracts, audit of accounts, yields and claims Construction site and order management: proven experience in the control of several plants at construction sites. You have a strong but fair style to keep security, quality, costs and appointments under control Planning and controlling skills: well-founded knowledge in project planning tools and structured reporting to create realistic schedules, track progress and clearly inform both technical and non-technical stakeholders Communication and mobility: fluent knowledge of German in word and writing for communications at the construction site and with stakeholders, driving class B and willingness to visit regularly in the Koblenz area
