General Manager / Branch Manager (m/f/d)

Take full P&L responsibility and actively shape the success of one of our key locations. Strategic location management: You take full responsibility for all your operational and strategic concerns. This means full budgetary and income responsibility and the development and implementation of strategies for sustainable development. Leadership and development: Lead, motivate and develop a team of over 170 employees in the areas of customer service, HR, technology, fleet and production in the 2-shift system. Create a productive working environment where everyone can feel comfortable and develop their full potential. Process optimization and increase in efficiency: analyse and optimise our production and logistics processes continuously in order to bring efficiency, quality and delivery reliability to top level. Your focus is on innovation and the imple­mentation of smart solutions. Manage customer relationships: Ensure highest customer satisfaction in the B2B segment by providing our customer relationships and developing them strategically. You are the face of the site to the outside and care for long-term partnerships.

Academic background: A successfully completed study in the field of Business Administration (BWL), Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a comparable research field. Relevant leadership experience: You already have several years of professional experience in a comparable, full-scale management function (e.g. production management, branch management, factory management, production management, business unit management or comparable). Your proven experience in the management and motivation of large teams of professional employees and your budgetary responsibility in an operational environment is crucial.
