Your tasks:

Your task area *Control and monitoring of the state of the building and the technical installations

• Implementation of repairs and smaller installations Technical documentation (e.g. running maintenance books) Access and support in technical operations *General housekeeping activities in the context of the object management

Your qualifications:

Your profile

• Complete training in a technical craftsmanship, ideally related to building technology
• First professional experience in domestic engineering, preferably in the area of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary (HKLS)
• Impressed sense of responsibility and an independent and structured way of working
• Good knowledge of German
