Supporting existing customers in the daily business such as opening and closing accounts and depots, estate processing, service support in online banking execution of transfer and payment processes (transfers, appointments, foreign currency transactions) Implementation of controls in the daily business Takeover of general sales tasks such as customer-related service requests or data maintenance in systems Acquisition of project activities as part of the further development of the customer service team
