Administrative intake of patients for stationary and outpatient treatment – possibly also directly on the station Processing and collection of admission contracts and instructions Election services: Information and clarification of patients and relatives on the possibilities of choice services Medical choice, accommodation, prices etc. Advice to patients and, where appropriate, relatives about the documents to be signed Care of patient master data

Professional training, basic medical and nursing training or training for medical specialists (w/m/d) Good PC knowledge Communication and team skills Friendly and service-oriented handling Readiness to learn and initiative
