APD24 GmbH is a company based in Berlin that specialises in 24 hours care. It was founded in 2009 with the aim of enabling disabled and intensive care people to live at home. We provide services in Berlin and Brandenburg.

In this way, more than 300 professional caregivers of APD24 GmbH realize the founding goal of 2009: people should be able to live at home in a self-determined manner.

To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Human resources management, planning and development Support for implementation of quality management measures Planning and evaluation of work processes Enforcement and monitoring of care documentation The consultations with clients, their relatives and employees The implementation of care visas Design of service plans

A successfully completed training for the examinated Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) A PDL - Continuation according to §71 SGB XI A two-year professional practice as a nursing service is desirable Knowledge and experience in the fields of care management and quality assurance Good computer skills Friendly appearance and pronounced communication skills Ready-to-use, enforcement and organisational capacity Reliability, flexibility and team capability are of course for you driving licence class B
