Structural engineering engineer for the Oldenburg branch office (m/f/d)

In your function as an engineer or engineer for the field of civil engineering, you are responsible for the planning, control and implementation of a wide range of structural measures at the secondary plants and operational facilities along the motorway. The aim is to maintain the existing high-grade infrastructure at a modern and functional level and to develop it further as needed. Your task will include the processing of new construction, reconstruction, expansion and construction maintenance measures. This includes, in particular, the planning, tendering, awarding and billing of these measures – both in the context of regular construction maintenance and in the case of complex structural changes. You take over the project management and coordinate external engineering offices. In close coordination with the branch, you control the individual phases of the project and ensure a timely, quality and cost-oriented implementation. In addition, you will take care of the maintenance of the structural infrastructure on the off-road facilities and their technical facilities. A further focus of your activity is on the basic composition and inventory of construction programmes as well as local development concepts. You develop well-founded decision-making templates to prioritise the measures and carry out professional evaluations of the existing building material. In addition, you regularly check the construction state of the buildings and plants and derive necessary measures from them.

For this responsible position, you will bring a completed (special) university degree in the field of construction, architecture or civil engineering. Alternatively, you have equivalent expertise, qualifications or professional experience. In addition, you will have knowledge of the road business or of your professional career. Real estate, construction and procurement law and knowledge, skills and experience of the specialist laws, regulations and directives, including the associated administrative rules and technical standards (e.g. the Federal Budget Regulation [BHO]), additional technical contractual conditions (ZTV), the law on restrictions on competition – Part 4 (GWB – Part 4).
