Instructor / Trainer Track Construction (m/f/d)

To pass on knowledge: You give trainees and course participants the basics and special knowledge of modern track construction – practical, comprehensible and directly from the real building site everyday Practice or training room: As an instructor (m/w/d), you can see how track construction works. Configure: You develop training documents and support modern learning formats as well as e-learning concepts Support development: You conduct feedback talks, accompany learning progress and support our trainees and participants in their exam preparation Collaboration: You work closely with internal departments, training centres and external educational partners Moving instead of just explaining: You can take people along, communicate content in a comprehensible manner and individually engage on different learning levels

Technical background: You have completed training as a civil engineering worker (m/w/d) or Additional qualification: Ideally, you have completed your training as a master (m(w/d) in the field of civil engineering or track construction Training competence: The AEVO qualification is not a must – you can acquire it via our SPITZKE AKADEMIE FOR AUSTRAL AND WEITER EDUCATION AG Personality: You can safely perform, motivate people and bring the right mix of enforcing, patience and enthusiasm with Digitalization: You are interested in modern learning methods and digital tools Contact: As an instructor (m/w/d), you will also accompany our trainees directly on Germany-wide construction projects and bring the willingness to participate in occasional business trips
