in full time (39 hours/week).

• Implementation of early childhood education processes in all relevant educational areas

• Planning, implementation and evaluation of education and training in the group and in the institution

• Coordination of pedagogical work in the institution or groups

• definition of education and training Objectives and planning, implementation and evaluation of educational measures

• Documentation of observations and projects and the creation of educational folders in cooperation and guardians

• Partnership cooperation with guardians and cooperation partners

• Regular reflection of pedagogical work

• Active participation in the implementation of the device-specific protection concept

• You have a degree as an educator with a state-of-the-art recognition, curative caregiverin, health care and children's caregiverin or are a graduate*in the degree programs "social work", "childhood education", "help education" with well-founded, up-to-date expertise in elementary education or comparable qualifications according to the current Staff Regulation NRW

• You are familiar with the educational principles NRW and want to support our institutions in practical implementation

• You stand open to changes and like to introduce your ideas and expertise
