You coordinate maintenance and repairs for the entire portfolio You process incoming damage reports and repair requests for the objects independently via our system and keep them up to billing, on time and on a commercial scale You check invoices, keep in the system and release them for payment Your contact with our external service providers and contractors You ensure data quality and compliance with internal process standards You are an essential interface between office and facility management You enter customers, companies and service providers both by phone and in person and perform correspondence in a stylistic manner You support the team in building further structures for interface damage to the other areas You create a link to commercial property management

A successfully completed commercial or technical training and/or well-founded professional experience in ongoing maintenance or in a comparable position Experience in the real estate industry is desirable Openness for technical topics and processes and structures A high social competence and good interpersonal feeling A service-oriented, self-responsible operation with safe occurrence, friendly transmission and organizational talent Knowledge of the application of the current MS Office programs, knowledge of WODIS Sigma of advantage
