Ads Designer (m/f/d)

You design and customize action creatives for campaigns on social media, newsletters and on our website. You cut and edit video ads and animations, bringing your own creative impulses. You design and optimierst landing pages – from first Wireframes to final Figma designs. You develop new design ideas and creatives that strengthen our brand identity and work across different channels. You'll start event materials like flyers, brochures and banners for our community. You opt for existing creatives based on performance data, feedback and current trends.

You have already created image and video displays. You bring first marketing know-how and know the most relevant KPI's at Ads. You have a good feeling for aesthetics, branding and typography. You understand the requirements of social media content and performance marketing. You work structured, independent and with high quality standards. You have a sense of up-to-date design trends and set them up in a targeted manner. You are open to feedback and are happy to work in creative exchange with others. You speak German on C2 level.
