On board the ships, 136 positions are directly supervised by TUI Cruises GmbH. For the brand Mein Schiff®, a fleet of eight ships travels. You start training documents and manuals in close cooperation with the specialist departments and ensure their implementation You support sub-projects in the field of destination (Port Operations, Ground Operations and Tour Operations) You design, implement and document system-based processes on board and on land You conduct system training for users: both on land and on board the TUI Cruises fleet You provide technical and operational system support for employees on land and at sea You act as an interface between specialist departments and system developers and contribute to the continuous development of the systems You take the technical responsibility for system tests – from planning to implementation to acceptance You set up requirements for the further development of existing systems and accompany their implementation You’re puggling and optimizing system settings as well as user interfaces to ensure efficient operation You accompany technical decreases within the scope of Drydocks and new buildings directly on site

You have a degree in business, tourism, IT or a comparable qualification You have ideally gained first practical experience in project management or in the creation of training documents You bring technical understanding and interest in digital systems and processes You work structured, think solution-oriented and like to take responsibility You communicate safely – also between different disciplines – and have fun on teamwork You bring very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You are open to occasional travel First touch points with systems from the cruise as well as MXP are a plus, but no need
