Your tasks:

• General office organization and administration
• reception of visitors and telephone calls
• correspondence via e-mail and mail
• Data maintenance and management in the company's own software
• Support for administrative tasks for various departments
• Preparation of documents and presentations
• Support of the team as needed

Your profile:

• Complete training in the commercial sector or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the office organization and administration desirable but not absolutely necessary
• Secure handling of MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication skills in German, both oral and written
• Organisational skills and reliability
• Teamability and flexibility
