As a Product Owner, you take the technical responsibility for the approximately 20,000 terminals of our colleagues at Dräger in the area of Client Workplace of global IT. Together with other Product Owners, you develop the right service architectures and product strategies in the area and adapt the Life Cycle Management to the needs of your customers. Your future tasks: further development of the product in cooperation with customers, management and the product team Respond to the further development of our client management services (e.g. software distribution, patch management, endpoint security, device lifecycle) Professional leadership of the product team of 14 employees Planning, taxes and monitoring of the product budget Support Product Backlog incl. moderation of User Story Workshops Monitor the SLAs and product KPIs, as well as the regular optimization of these Developing Sourcing Strategies (make or buy) Building external networks and partnerships Taxes on service providers

Successfully completed university studies Task-related professional experience as well as budget and international project responsibility Knowledge of agile methods: DevOps, Kanban and others Comprehensive know-how in the IT operation of client solutions (e.g. MEM/Intune, SCCM/ConfigMgr, Autopilot, Software Deployment) Interest in ''Leading Edge' technologies Know-how in modern leadership concepts (including Agile Leadership, Transformational Leadership) English language skills
