You integrate modules from the fields of optics, electronics, mechanics and computers into high-end systems for semiconductor process control. You perform tests and decreases taking into account system applications and algorithms.

Your tasks include: independent installation, processing, maintenance and feedback of work and production orders for systems and spare parts in the SAP system

Monitoring of production dates, priorities and order status based on the specified production planning

Continuous monitoring of the work-in process and early detection and communication of bottlenecks, delays and deviations

Adaptation and correction of production orders within the framework of defined change processes

Technical completion of manufacturing orders and ensuring data quality in terms of status, dates and quantities

Support in ensuring material availability and identification and tracking of defective parts

Close coordination with manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, quality, engineering, shipping and packaging

Maintenance of planning, tracking and overview lists to support operational production control

Preparation and coordination of order-related delivery and shipping activities including required testing and release steps

Participation in planning, voting and shopfloor meetings

Transparent communication of order status, risks and deviations from the relevant departments

Cooperation with international sites and external service providers within the scope of the operational tasks

Your profile Completed three-year commercial or technical-commercial vocational training, for example as an industrial businessman or a comparable qualification

Multiannual professional experience in the field of operational planning, disposition, material management or production environment, ideally in an internationally active industrial company

Knowledge of SAP R/3 or a comparable ERP system

Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel

Experience in the processing and tracking of production or work orders

Structured, process-oriented and independent mode of operation

Designed coordination and communication skills

Teamability, target orientation and loadability

Quick understanding and readiness to work flexibly into new topics and processes

Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English for cross-area and cross-site cooperation

We now offer an unlimited full-time job (35 hours per week) with versatile tasks in an international working environment. Remuneration is made in accordance with the framework agreement for the metal and electrical industries in Hesse. All overtime is paid at a higher price.
