Your role As Manager HR IT (m/w/d), you take over the technical and disciplinary responsibility for our HR IT area with a focus on LOGA. You combine leadership, customer responsibility and operational HR IT expertise – and develop sustainable solutions for demanding customers together with your team.

Building, leadership and strategic development of our HR IT team Overall responsibility for LOGA customer projects – from conception to productive implementation Implementation, configuration, support and customization of LOGA modules Ensuring quality, schedule and defined service level standards Control of complex interfaces to customer systems and external partners Development of standards, best practices and scalable service processes Sparring partner for upper management and customers in HR-IT position You not only design projects – You shape the structure of a growing service area.

Studies in Economics, Business Informatics or Similar alternative: commercial training with well-founded HR/Payroll training Multiannual experience in the HR-IT environment with a pronounced LOGA expert Deep practice in customizing, as far as possible in pay billing and time management Experience in project management and ideally in the management of employees Entrepreneurial thinking, clear decision-making and structured working Very good German and good English skills Experience in the service or BPO environment of advantage
