Architect with a focus on planning (m/f/d)

In the implementation of our projects, the focus is on the response to climate change. Sustainability in all its facets is best possible to implement in the building stock and in the new buildings. In future, our projects will be implemented with the BIM method. As a project manager in the department Baumanagement Bundesbau 2 you will support civil and military construction measures of the federal government, e.g. functional and technically complex buildings of the Bundesanstalt für Immobilien, the Bundeswehr and the Technische Hilfswerk. You actively control the contents of the planning services of external planners within the department You are able to combine the planning requirements for our external planners and define planning and award strategy You define and maintain the allocation of external planning services You actively control large new building projects in the areas of action of the project management according to AHO-Heft 9 in project management and project control function In project responsibility, You take over the technical management and control of project team members with different disciplines (e.g. civil engineering, utility technology and electrical engineering) You are responsible for controlling (termines, costs, qualities, resources), data management and reporting to manage the construction projects You are responsible for compliance with internal and external requirements (records, orders, standards) Take over during planning and execution You provide the quality assurance of the services of the freelance workers and of the trade unions You coordinate and conduct internal and external consultations with engineering offices and exporting companies as well as the BLB headquarters, the NRW Oberfinanzdirektion and other stakeholders

You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the field of architecture. Further requirements: You can demonstrate at least 3 years of professional experience in the HOAI performance phases 2-8 of the object planning You have an increased interest in design You bring knowledge of the development and implementation of complex planning tasks and relevant relevant legislation (e.g. HOAI, VOB, VgV etc.) with In addition to your high motivation, flexibility and orientation, you also have a strong linguistic competence

Ideally, you have additional professional qualifications in the field of project management (DVP or the like) Your profile is rounded off by knowledge and experience in building information modeling (BIM) – (requestable) You have a class B driver's license and the willingness to travel in NRW You have the willingness to carry out a safety review ‘Ü2’ under the safety review law NRW You provide reliable knowledge of German that corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing).

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee from the E11 Group to the E13 TV‐L (approximately € 58.000,00 – approx. € 82.000,00 per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions) is possible for employees. A status-like acquisition of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 13 LBesO A.
