The district hospital Ronneburg is a geriatric specialist clinic with over 100 flatbeds. The main activity area is the rehabilitation treatment and diagnosis of geriatric patients, especially after stroke, fractures, joint replacement and other serious diseases.

Your duties

• Holistic care and care of geriatric patients taking into account individual needs
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of the care process according to current nursing science standards
• Self-fulfilment of medically arranged diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Active participation in the interprofessional treatment team from medicine, therapy, social care and care
• Advice, guidance and psychosocial support of patients and their relatives during stationary stay
• Ensuring complete and professional care documentation in the hospital information system
• Participation in team meetings, case conferences and training

Your profile

• Senior Caregiver (w/m/d), Senior Caregiver (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification
• Self-employed and self-responsible work in the transferred area
• Motivation to organize and manage the everyday life of a rehabilitation
• Very good communication skills and cooperation with all professional groups as well as friendly, sovereign appearance
• Pleasure of collegial cooperation
• PC identifiers corresponding to the task area
