They manage the inventory of our logistics and office objects and thus support the business development of our branches.

You are negotiating lease agreements with our experienced Real Estate Managers (m/w/d) and serving as a contact person for our well-known landlords.

To optimize the portfolio and landlord management and improve internal processes, develop proactive solutions and implement innovations.

In your function, you support the time-limit monitoring, the audit of additional cost accounting, rental adjustments and lease contracts.

You actively build a network to landlords and maintain this.

In cooperation with the Energy Management team, you are working on the development of sustainability measures on our rental properties.

In order to carry out your activity, motivated and experienced colleagues from the whole area of Construction & Real Estate are at your disposal.

You have a completed study or a commercial training with additional qualification Ideally, you already have experience in asset management of commercial real estate and/or in the asset class logistics real estate. They have a good knowledge of commercial property law and have a strong negotiating skills. Safe handling of internal and external parties and communication strength complete your profile. Reliability, sense of responsibility and teamwork are your strengths. They speak well English and are safe to use MS Office applications They are flexible and like to travel to the reputed objects.
