It has an emergency room, the Departments of Internal Medicine (Gastroenterology, Cardiology and Geriatry), General and Visceral Surgery, Orthopaedics, Traum-, Hand- and Reproduction Surgery, Women's Medicine and Obstetrics, Breast Center, Anesthesiology and Intensive Medicine, Child Surgery, Child and Youth Medicine, Institute for Pathology and Institute for Radiology.

You enter either sick children and adolescents at Station 2B with the focus of neuropaediatrics: Here you can immerse yourself in the fascinating world of childhood neurology and support the children with their neurological diseases Or you can care for sick children and adolescents at station 3B with the focus on infectious diseases, acute and chronic pneumological and allergic diseases, as well as with suspicions of chronic inflammatory bowel diseases, in order to allow them optimal recovery Regardless of which subject you choose, you are welcome to both stations to work in a warm environment that offers a wide range of expertise and experience. You take over the holistic care of our small and young patients and monitor their vital functions You assist in medical examinations and treatments, treat the medicines according to medical order and monitor the effect and possible side effects You help your parents with advice and deed, answer their questions, clarify the course of the disease and thus support the optimal care of the child
