Health is a valuable property in our complex world. In order for us to be able to freely shape our lives according to our own wishes, dedicated nursing physicians work in Baden-Württemberg: inside every day with passion for the physical and mental well-being of their patients. The majority of them are organized in the Hausärztinnen- und Hausärzteverband Baden-Württemberg e. V.

With the trust of our around 4,500 members, we shape health and health policy with our ideas and visions. Our goal is to develop the medical care with our thoughts on the pulse of time and to create a medical care for the future that works sustainably.

In order to strengthen our team of practical advice, we are looking for you at the Stuttgart site in an indefinite setting as coordinator (all*)

Individual support: You will take care of your home doctor: in person, by phone and digitally in all questions relating to practical delivery and acceptance as part of the home doctor-centric care Consulting & support: You advise empathically and solution-oriented, always with a view to the needs of our customers: Coordination: You arrange for a smooth process, organize all necessary documents and carefully incorporate them into our systems Interface management: You are the central contact person for health insurance companies as well as internal teams and ensure a trusted, binding exchange Further development: With your ideas, you continuously develop our consulting and care services for family doctors Teamwork: You support colleagues in projects and actively contribute your creativity and team spirit

First experience in customer care, ideally in health care or in practice Communication strength, empathy and joy in dealing with people High reliability, initiative and the ability to act customer-oriented even in challenging situations Feeling for new, openness for digital tools (e.g. AI) and a look for improvements team spirit, loyalty and desire to grow together with us You don't have to know everything, but want to learn everything
