Coordination of technical systems (Sanitary, Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation Technology) at the Wiesbaden site Planning, control and optimization of maintenance and maintenance processes Organisation, assignment and control of external service providers Monitoring and evaluation of service and maintenance services Analysis and troubleshooting as well as sustainable optimization of technical installations Application and further development of modern building control technology (GLT) performing switching and control tasks in technical operation Participation in maintenance and technical projects Ensuring smooth technical operation and compliance with safety and fire protection requirements Implementation of small repairs and support of adjacent areas (e.g. fleet, canteen)

Complete training in the technical field, e.g. electrical, refrigeration or building technology Multiannual professional experience in technical building equipment Funded technical understanding and safe handling of building systems Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation High sense of responsibility and reliability Teamability and communication strength in handling internal and external contacts Ideally additional qualifications in the field of SHK, electrical engineering or control technology Ideally experience in cooperation with the service provider PRIVA as a manufacturer of solutions for building automation German knowledge required (English of advantage)
