With your expertise and a valuable management culture, you guide the service department for meat, sausage, cheese, baked goods and fine food. Take responsibility for your team, the quality of the products and all processes: You are able to implement the national sales concepts. From cost and sales development to regular inventory to product disposition and goods flow, you have everything in your grip. You are implementing your ideas for actions that will help you inspire the customers for our goods and make them purchase. You lead and train your team competently and proceed as a model. An esteeming lead at eye level as well as trusting cooperation are of course for you. You are responsible for the correct pricing and assortment care. You show fingertips in the production and finishing of meat, sausage, cheese, baked goods and fine food. You pay attention to compliance with hygiene regulations. You convince our customers: with competent advice and courteous service.
