The Customer Solution Unit GesVersBw is responsible for the projects and projects of the BWI for the health care of the Bundeswehr. We take over tasks along the entire value chain, from the new and further development of technical requirements with the user organization to the operation of the developed solutions. The aim is to support the entire range of medical care of our soldier with modern IT. With the Solution Architect Cloud, which focuses on security, we are looking for an architect (m/w/d) who covers and is responsible for security by design within a DevSecOps team. Design, develop, operate and improve the responseed solutions and support GesVersBw's business goals, products and services from the perspective of cloud applications. In the Security Cloud Enabler function, you act as a multiplier for all DevSecOps team members.

Development and design of scalable high-availability cloud architectures Integration and monitoring of security standards in the development process in the military context (Security by Design) Implementation and optimization of container solutions (e.g. Kubernetes) for efficient operation of applications Design and implementation of Microservice-based systems to ensure modularity, scalability and error tolerance Implementation of security measures, hardening, conception and establishment of security tools, security checks, security monitoring, vulnerability management, secrets management and nanosegmentation

Successfully completed university studies in computer science or a comparable degree i.V.m. 4 years of relevant professional experience

Knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines, experience in integrating security solutions into the development process

Experience with cloud environments & cloud services (e.g. Google Cloud) and cloud-native technologies (e.g. SAP BTP, GIT, Spring, Docker), software architectures (e.g. microservices) and containerization and orchestration of cloud mechanisms (e.g. Kubernetes, VCF, GDC)

Confidence with Clean Code, Peer Review and Pair Programming High result orientation, decision-making, strategic thinking, strong customer orientation and joy in the continuous improvement of development processes

Flowing German as well as good English skills and willingness to travel to the user locations (about 30%)
