The area disposes internal employees for the usually annual projects in software development. The previous priorities are skills in project management and Java development. This tender also serves the analysis phase for project initialization.

Qualifies employees for the use of new technologies of generative artificial intelligence and inspired by well-founded expertise and strong innovative strength. Initiates new approaches and convincingly presents why the next version of the solutions is further improved by the use of generic artificial intelligence. Uses sound expertise to make complex technologies understandable and applicable. Enables teams to work with Generativer AI and develops learning formats, workshops and decision-making bases – including management. A completed study or a comparable qualification in Business Informatics, Computer Science, BWL or related subjects is assumed.
