This means: • Preparation and processing of food by recipes and production requirements • Implementation and preparation of catering orders • Preparation of ingredients, components and production steps • Working in ongoing food production • Control of quality, freshness, optics and taste of products • Compliance with hygiene, cleaning and quality requirements • Documentation of relevant production and hygiene steps • cleaning and care of the workplace and the working materials used • Support for the acceptance, storage and proper provision of foodstuffs • Cooperation with colleagues from production, storage and quality assurance In short, With your professional care, you ensure that good products are reliably produced from high-quality ingredients.
