Consultant AI Plattform & Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Participation in the further development of on-premise AI platforms for self- and customer operation and design of the associated AI operating model Analysis of the AI value chain and identification of synergies and optimization potentials between platforms Development of the target architecture of the AI platform and responsibility for its gradual implementation Integration of the platform into existing processes such as change, release and incident management and adaptation of these processes as needed Coordination of platform topics with adjacent infrastructure projects, e.g. the private cloud of the Bundeswehr (pCloudBw) or the data center network Moderation of workshops and rounds of votes with disciplines as well as the customer and the introduction of resilient decisions Preparation of decision bases and C-level presentations as well as moderation of coordination between service, solution and operating teams Active introduction of perspectives on technology requirements, platform concepts and current AI trends into further development Takeover of responsibility and enhancement of data-driven skills in the team and the customer

Complete studies in computer science, business informatics, data science, BWL, engineering sciences or a comparable qualification At least four years of experience in AI platform management, technology consulting or in a coordinating role in complex IT projects – ideally a relevant share with focus on on-premise AI platforms and cloud technology Embossed understanding of AI, platform architectures and operating models High capacity for coordination and consensus; Intermediation between specialist areas, operation and customers with focus on technical implementation Pragmatism and implementation orientation Ideally knowledge of organizational processes in service, solution or operating processes of large IT organizations Proofs in project management (e.g. PMI, Scrum, PRINCE2) are desirable A way of thinking that combines technology with strategy, governance and feasibility Secure communication and moderation strength, also compared to the C level Very good German, good English, willingness to travel across Germany readiness to verify safety in accordance with SÜG
