Werkstudent Learning & Development (m/f/d)

In your role, the HR team will support you in all tasks related to Learning & Development. These include both conceptual work and administrative support, e.g. documentation of completed trainings. As an admin, you get insight into our Learning Management System (SuccessFactors) and help digitize manual processes. You support colleagues in the organization of training offers and actively work with local and international HR projects. Immerse yourself in the practice of the human resources world together with us and extend the theoretical understanding of the practical application.

a student of economics, human resources development, psychology or comparable degree programmes focusing on staff and valid certificate of enrollment over the entire period of use; First experience in personnel management is desirable; Very good knowledge of current MS Office applications; Careful operation and a communication-strong and customer-oriented personality; Secure German as well as English in word and writing; We look forward to an open-minded, communicative and service-oriented new team member.
