The Servicedesk functions as a central interface (single point of contact) between users and the IT organization. The main tasks are the rapid elimination of faults and the processing of service requests to ensure smooth operation. The Servicedesk team is still in development and currently consists of 2 internal and 5 external employees and the interim team management.
