Management of projects for the renewal and further development of industrial plants Technical support and coordination in construction projects with interventions in plant engineering - ensuring operating requirements and standards Optimization of the TGA to increase sustainability and efficiency, including introduction of AI methods Support for internal and external service providers to control the supply technology Monitoring of malfunctions and control of operations and service providers

Graduate degree (Dipl.-Ing., Master, Bachelor) in Building Technology, Supply Technology, FM, Electrical Engineering, or a similar education Practical experience in the HLSK area Comprehensive knowledge in TGA planning, execution and technical facility management Funded experience in the management of projects (reconstruction of existing properties) Secure handling of MS-Office Structured work with high self-initiative and service orientation
